available Job Details Responsibilities: As the Director of
Workforce Optimization, your responsibilities will include, but not
be limited to: 1. Overseeing workforce planning and management to
ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.
2. Partnering with HR, Finance, and C-Level executives to align
workforce strategies with business objectives. 3. Utilizing data
analytics to inform decision-making, drive workforce optimization,
and measure the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives. 4.
Supporting the achievement of budget goals by effectively managing
resources, reducing costs, and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Collaborating with various teams to develop and implement
scheduling strategies that maximize productivity and efficiency. 6.
Leading and inspiring a high-performing team, fostering a culture
of continuous improvement and innovation. 7. Identifying trends and
utilizing statistical analysis to forecast future workforce needs.
8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and
maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications: To be considered for the role of Director of
Workforce Optimization, candidates must possess the following
qualifications: 1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business,
Finance, HR, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. At
least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the
Accounting Finance industry. 3. Proven experience in workforce
optimization, including HR, Finance, and C-Level partnership. 4.
Exceptional data analytics skills, with proficiency in statistical
analysis. 5. Strong financial acumen, with experience supporting
budget goals. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills,
with a track record of effectively scheduling and managing teams.
7. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the
organization. 9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with
