Job Description:
ManTech, a recognized leader in national security technologies
and solutions, seeks a dedicated Program Control Specialist to join
our team supporting critical mission-centric programs within the
Department of Defense and U.S. intelligence community. This role
demands a meticulous and proactive individual capable of managing
financial and strategic aspects of large-scale projects. The
Program Control Specialist will ensure project deliverables align
with strategic objectives and regulatory standards, providing both
tactical support and strategic insights. Monitor and report on
project budgets, schedules, and deliverables. Coordinate with
project managers and department heads to align project objectives
with financial controls. Analyze project profitability and risk,
providing forecasting models. Implement financial management
mechanisms that minimize financial risk. Conduct reviews and
evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. Oversee compliance
with government contracting requirements. Liaise with finance and
contract departments to ensure accurate billing and reporting of
projects. Proficiency in financial management software and
Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines. Understanding of federal
acquisition regulations. Certification in Project Management (PMP)
desired. Familiarity with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) preferred.
