excellence. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized,
proactive, self?directed Office Manager who takes ownership of
office operations and ensures a seamless, professional environment
for team members, clients, and visitors. This individual will be
the go?to resource for internal teams and will support the
administrative, HR, and operational needs of a fast?growing
construction organization. Responsibilities Manage day?to?day
office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional
work environment. Oversee conference room scheduling, office
communications, mail, shipping, and general suite needs.
Professionally respond to general voicemails and answer incoming
calls. Approve and manage office bills (Comcast, phone services,
postage). Maintain proactive communication and ensure follow?up on
outstanding tasks. Track and manage company apparel inventory.
Manage travel accommodation for our travel team members. Manage and
monitor fleet management. Assist with accounting tasks and
coordination with third?party providers when needed. Monitor and
maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Oversee general office maintenance, repairs, HVAC issues, and
communication with building management. Support company
initiatives, recurring meetings, and culture?building events.
Uphold company standards for organization, professionalism, and
confidentiality. Qualifications 2 years of administrative and
office management required. Strong verbal and written communication
skills. Proactive and "make it happen" attitude. High attention to
detail and exceptional organizational skills. Flexibility and
problem?solving mindset; able to support a rapidly growing
organization. Tech-savvy including experience with travel booking
and expense reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and
