Lead and manage water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and effective completion, professional documentation and adherence to budgetary constraints. Supervise and train a team of water mitigation technicians, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism. Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction. Respond to emergency property damage 24/7 365 days a year Perform on-call rotation as needed Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Ensure that the job is brought to completion and collection in a timely fashion Assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed Qualifications Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and team management skills. Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Certification in water damage restoration (e.g., IICRC WRT & ASD) is preferred. Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
