Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: No insurance experience required, we provide training and ongoing support. Customer service or call-center experience is helpful but not required.
