Position Overview: We are seeking responsible, enthusiastic, and flexible Substitute Teachers to support our educational programs. This is an on-call, as-needed position ideal for individuals passionate about youth development and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a classroom environment. You will fill in for lead teachers during absences or scheduled leave across our six educational sites. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day instruction and classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher. Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Follow lesson plans and program routines provided by the site staff. Communicate effectively with students and staff. Supervise and ensure the well-being of students throughout the shift. Qualifications: Prior experience working with children or in educational settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different age groups and program locations. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
