The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others overcome challenges, identify strengths, and achieve meaningful employment. Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients’ skills, interests, and career goals to develop tailored job search strategies. - Provide one-on-one coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking. - Offer guidance on career planning, workplace skills, and goal setting. - Assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and navigating the application process. - Conduct workshops and group sessions on job readiness and skill-building. - Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes. - Collaborate with employers to establish and strengthen job placement opportunities. Qualifications: - [Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field] or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a Job Coach, Career Counselor, or in a similar role. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with labor market trends and job search platforms. - Certification in career coaching or related fields (preferred but not required).
