Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement
Director to manage a team of 3 Continuous Improvement Managers over
20 manufacturing sites in the contiguous 48 states. This is a fully
REMOTE role with domestic travel. This client REQUIRES candidates
to currently reside on the East Coast of the United
States.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor s Degree in
Engineering, Business Management, or Operations or related field
required.10+ years
experience in the Continuous Improvement (lean manufacturing) and
Training required10+ year s experience within a manufacturing
environment requiredMust be open to up to 50% travel domestically
per yearExceptional experience with various CI tools such as TPM,
Kaizen, 6sBlack Belt or Master Black Belt certification
requiredLean/Kaizen/Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt of
Master Black Belt highly preferred
