Unit Requirements: Can only submit to 1 position at a time across the entire WVU system Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years Individual unit requirements listed in pulse apply. Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up Must also have Breast certification. *ALL SUBMITTALS MUST INCLUDE A UNEXPIRED COPY OF THE CANDIDATES DRIVES LICENSE* Department: Radiology - U/S Certification Requirements (BLS):AHA - BLS, ARMDS required / RVT preferred How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 4 Will they have to float/cover any other areas? No Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: General US / Abdo (renal/ liver/ RUQ/spleen) Vascular (Carotid/ femoral) / PVR / venous reflux studies./ Early OB / OB Anatomy / BPP / TV Average of scans/studies per day: 12 14 EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Epic / Fuji Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): GE / Canon Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech Radiology: Manager Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? No Do they have to start IV's? No Shifts & Scheduling: Currently needing 8a -4:30p / 9:30a -6:00p rotating shift Weekend Requirements: Call Holiday Requirements: No Call or Standby requirement? Call rotation Scrub Color/Dress Code: Are scrubs provided? Black Cancellation may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week assignment and 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks Charting Systems Corporation - EpicCare Inpatient - EMR BSN License to , willing to wait Trauma Level: Care Shift include rotating on call nights and weekends. Day shift with possibility of evening shift. Required (AHA), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Abdomen (RDMS- AB) via ARDMS Verification
