LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in York, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Requirements - Active RN License (no license hits accepted – hard stop) - Minimum 3 years OR experience (2 years post-orientation) - Trauma Experience: - Level II required (minimum 1 year) - Level I strongly preferred - Teaching Hospital Experience: Required - Robotics Experience: REQUIRED - Must be proficient with Da Vinci Xi (DV5 experience a plus) - Certifications: - AHA or ARC BLS (required) Assignment Details - Start Date: February 16, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Days | 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (6–8 shifts per contract) - On-Call: Yes (2–3 calls per 6-week schedule; 30-minute callback) - Holidays: As required by department - Patient Ratio: 1:1 Required Skill Set Candidates must function independently (no refresher training) and be able to scrub and circulate across the following specialties: - Robotics (General, GYN, Thoracic, Urology) - Orthopedics - General Surgery - GYN - Urology - Bariatrics - ENT - Plastics - Vascular - Thoracic (non-cardiac) - Trauma About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
