The CNE maintains current, evidence-based knowledge in their area of expertise and collaborates with interdisciplinary and interprofessional healthcare teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care across the continuum. This role exemplifies the Professional Practice Model and requires strong collaboration with all levels of the organization, across the LifeBridge Health system, and with community partners. The CNE works under the direct supervision of the assigned Director.
