Role Description This is a full-time/part-time position for a Psychotherapist in Private Practice with Restorative Behavior, LLC. The role is on-site, located in Upper Marlboro, MD. Psychotherapists will provide comprehensive mental health services, including individual and relationship counseling, client assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. The professional will work directly with individuals and couples to address a wide range of mental health concerns and support their journey toward wellness and emotional balance. Qualifications Expertise in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Proficiency or experience in Relationship Counseling Background or understanding of Medicine as it pertains to mental health care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Valid licensure as a Psychotherapist, Counselor, or equivalent certification to practice in Maryland Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally sensitive care
