Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Baltimore, MD Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,102 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified PCU RN in Baltimore, Maryland, 21215! Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) RN – Maryland Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Baltimore, Maryland Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, 4:1–5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, floating required based on unit needs Highlights: 48-bed cardiac telemetry unit with fast-paced environment and quick patient turnover Team nursing approach utilizing PCAs and LPNs for collaborative patient care Diverse cardiac patient population from ED, cath lab, and inpatient transfers Cerner charting system with 40 hours orientation provided Contract length up to 365 days with comprehensive interdisciplinary support Experience required with cardiac drips, post-cardiac cath procedures, and telemetry monitoring Requirements: Minimum 1 year PCU/Telemetry experience required Active Maryland RN license or Compact license at time of submission Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only) Experience with cardiac drips including amiodarone, cardizem, dopamine, dobutamine, nitroglycerin, lasix, and insulin protocols Post-cardiac catheterization procedure experience mandatory Proficiency in telemetry interpretation, dysrhythmia management, IV line management, and blood product administration Comfortable managing patients with CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and post-cardiac procedures Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic cardiac telemetry environment where you'll expand your critical care skills while caring for a diverse patient population.
