This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient-first care, providing physical therapy services designed to aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of patients within acute care settings. The ideal candidate will bring a compassionate approach and evidence-based practice to contribute positively to our patient recovery programs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare. Evaluate patient condition and develop appropriate physical therapy treatment plans. Implement and manage patient care plans and modify them as necessary. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Document patient care services and outcomes while maintaining privacy and confidentiality. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home care strategies. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and healthcare standards. Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices Excellent patient management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Superb communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and patient care management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) certification is desirable
