Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded Process
Improvement Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role is pivotal
in fostering our mission to innovate health care and deliver
compassionate, high-quality services. By analyzing clinical
processes, the Process Improvement Nurse will lead efforts to
enhance efficiency and safety, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
across our network of facilities. This position requires a highly
analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement within
a collaborative, faith-based healthcare environment. Analyze and
evaluate clinical procedures and data to identify improvement
opportunities. Develop and implement process improvements and
quality assurance practices. Facilitate training and development
sessions to educate staff on new processes. Collaborate with
healthcare teams to ensure the adoption of new practices. Monitor
and report on the impact of implemented improvements. Support
compliance with local, state, and federal health care laws and
regulations. Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and
regulations. Proficient in data analysis and process modeling
tools. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment. Capable of leading projects
and managing change. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license
required. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a similar quality
improvement methodology is preferred.
