Weeks Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:50 AM – 3:40 PM Pay Rate:
$50 – $54 per hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is
seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to
provide school-based services to students with diverse physical,
cognitive, and developmental needs. This role involves delivering
therapeutic support across multiple school locations and
collaborating closely with educators and families to enhance
student success. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and implement
individualized occupational therapy plans for students Create and
support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals related to
occupational therapy Provide therapy sessions in individual and
small group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school
staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom Maintain
accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and
compliance records Support students with adaptive equipment,
mobility training, and fine motor skill development Provide
services across multiple school sites as a floating Occupational
Therapist Qualifications Active Virginia Occupational Therapist
(OT) license required Experience in pediatric or school-based
occupational therapy preferred Strong communication and
collaboration skills Ability to manage caseload across multiple
