Job Description Job Description Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time School Based RBT. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Our benefits package includes: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance with company contribution IRA with company matching RBT Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan. Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
