Job Description Job Description Our leading specialty diagnostic laboratory is seeking board-certified Anatomic and/or Clinical Pathologists with subspecialty expertise in gastrointestinal pathology to join a high-volume diagnostic practice. Our lab is a large, well-established GI-focused pathology group serving a broad network of gastroenterology practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and referring provider offices across the Mid-Atlantic region. The organization is experiencing continued growth and expansion. This is an on-site role. Job Requirements Education MD/PhD or DO degree Board certification in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology Ability to maintain medical licensure in the applicable state Experience Fellowship training with hands-on experience in gastrointestinal biopsy pathology Extensive surgical pathology experience with a subspecialty focus in GI pathology Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Diagnostic expertise across GI biopsy pathology, including esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon, and anal pathology Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume diagnostic environment Experience with digital pathology is a plus Strong interpersonal communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a high level of professionalism and accountability
