Job Description Job Description Essential Functions: Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions. Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently. Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships. Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too). Work outside in the fresh air — 8 to 10 hours a day — because you love what you do. Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience pesticide applicator license status. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
