Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and
Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Centreville, VA. You'll
collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest
quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in

for independently licensed therapists LMSW or Supervisee in Social
Work (SISW) W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20
hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3
administrative hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs,
emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Work Model: Hybrid
(on-site clinical hours with virtual administrative work)
Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000
annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability
and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility
to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
Base Salary: $40,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling 17 clinical hours
onsite at a Blackbird Health Clinic 3 administrative hours per week
Administrative hours can be completed remotely Additional Earnings:
Earn $65 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your
base caseload Flexibility to increase income based on your
availability and interest Additional clinical sessions can be

you, you: Experienced clinician with a passion for working with
children, adolescents, young adults and their families using
evidence-based practices Skilled in facilitating both in-person and
virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency
(Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms) Excited to make an
impact and driven by patient outcomes Proactive problem-solver with
strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and
documentation abilities Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive
care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with
families and caregivers Collaborative team player who values
clinical consultation, feedback, and professional growth How you'll
make an impact: Provide individual evidence-based therapy to
children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26), building
strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality
care Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on
ongoing assessment of patient progress Invest in your patient
relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with
patients Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and
receive feedback and support Collaborate with other specialty
providers Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and
patient records Involve and advise family members or outside
specialists when appropriate The basics you'll need: Licensed as an
LMSW or Supervisee in Social Work (SISW) in Virginia Possess one
(1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to
children and adolescent patients Have one (1) year of experience
working in a telehealth or virtual setting Own your own phone,
computer, and high-speed internet (if applicable as a 1099
contractor) Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core
after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends
