Job Description:
Headway, a pioneer in mental health services, is seeking a
Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team.

the opportunity to directly impact lives by providing comprehensive
psychiatric services in a supportive and innovative environment.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose and treat
mental health disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans
tailored to individual patient needs, including medication
management and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient
care. Educate patients and their families about mental health
conditions and the importance of treatment adherence. Stay current
with advancements in the field and adjust treatments as necessary
to provide cutting-edge care. Maintain detailed records of patient
sessions and progress using Headway's digital record-keeping tools.
Proficient in diagnosing and treating various mental health
disorders. Strong understanding of pharmacology relevant to
psychiatric medications. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary
team. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Medical Insurance Valid NP license in the state of practice.
Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
(PMHNP-BC). DEA registration.
