$150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience-based) Up to $100,000

Your Role: More Than Management As Medical Director, you won't be
buried in paperwork. You'll be a practicing veterinarian who
happens to lead-someone who mentors new grads in the morning,
performs surgery in the afternoon, and shapes the medical vision of
the practice throughout. You'll be responsible for: Setting the
medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10-doctor team
Mentoring associates and fostering a culture where learning thrives

inventory and protocols Partnering with our Hospital Manager on
recruiting top talent Supporting your team's "passion projects" and
