Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional status and therapy needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient-specific goals. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and in-home care strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate standard occupational therapy equipment Experience with electronic health record systems Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapist license CPR certification preferred
