qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized nursing
care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting
critically ill and premature newborns. This contract position
offers the opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills in a
dynamic healthcare environment focused on delivering compassionate
and expert care to our tiniest patients. Responsibilities: Monitor
and assess the health status of neonates, including vital signs and
medical equipment. Administer medications, intravenous therapy, and
treatments according to established protocols. Collaborate with
neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate and support families in understanding their infants
condition and care requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed
medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Respond
promptly to emergencies and participate in resuscitation when
necessary. Qualifications: Valid RN license with current
certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (NICU). Proven
experience working in a NICU setting. Strong assessment and
critical thinking skills specific to neonatal care. Ability to
operate specialized neonatal medical equipment. Excellent
communication skills to interact effectively with medical teams and
families. Current BLS and NRP certifications. Location:Selinsgrove,
