• Assist with assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient status and symptoms
• Support safe clinical workflow by collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan and established protocols
• Promote patient education and comfort before, during, and after care
• Maintain compliance with unit and facility safety standards and quality measures
• Ensure respectful communication and advocacy throughout the patient care process
