Job Description Job Description - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. - Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. - Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. - Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. - Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Requirements - Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in a fine dining or nightclub setting. - Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing. - Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. - A passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences.
