Boyer Children's Clinic is currently seeking a Part-Time HR
Coordinator. Boyer Children's Clinic provides medical, therapy,
special education and family services to infants and young children
with developmental delays, and their families. For more information

- Support the recruitment process by preparing job listings,
posting job listings, screening resumes, conducting phone screens,
setting up interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference
checks and preparing offer letters.
- Conduct background checks for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding materials, conduct new employee
orientations, and file necessary new hire documents.
- Assist with benefits administration by processing benefit
enrollment paperwork and terminations; ensuring COBRA paperwork is
processed when needed.
- Maintain employee files and documents.
- Track and maintain records of staff certification and
training.
- Monitor and respond to HR correspondence and inquiries.
- Provide general support to the Performance Review process.
- Prepare and submit the annual EEO-1 Filing.
- Other duties as assigned.Position RequirementsExperience &
Education
- Previous experience of one to two years in an
office/administrative setting is required. Prior HR experience
preferred.
- Educational requirements include an Associate's Degree, or
equivalent.
- Certain experience can substitute for educational
requirements.Certifications & LicensesMust possess a valid
Washington State Driver's License, automobile insurance, and a
reliable means of transportation.Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Experience with Paychex and DocuSign preferred.Benefits

vacation days based on length of service and accrual for hours

needed), and monthly cell phone reimbursement.Compensation$22.00 -
29.77 / hour depending on experience.Schedule20 hours per week,
specific hours can be discussed.Work Environment, Physical Demands
& Travel RequirementsThe work environment for this position is a
typical office environment. The physical demands for this position
require the employee to use computers and sit/stand in an office
environment.Travel requirements include the ability to transport
oneself to appointments or between offices as necessary, on a daily
basis. Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's license and
automobile insurance if driving a vehicle.Please note that Covid
