in Baltimore, MD , is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR
Generalist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for
an HR professional who is passionate about supporting people and
fostering a positive workplace culture in the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR Generalist responsible
for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and benefits
administration. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
and procedures in alignment with organizational values and
compliance requirements. Partner with leadership to support
performance management, training, and employee development
initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and
ensure data confidentiality. Provide guidance to managers and staff
on HR-related inquiries, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
Qualifications: 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or
similar HR role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven
environment. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best
practices. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and
problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced setting. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft
Office Suite.
