markets and move fast. The Role We're looking for a mid-level
Recruiter ready to step into a high-ownership environment and grow.
You'll run full-cycle searches across a variety of functions and
industries — including tech, defense, and national security — while
sharpening your skills alongside experienced executive search
professionals. If you're a few years in and ready to stop being
handed a playbook and start writing one, this is your seat. What
You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting across a portfolio of
concurrent searches at varying seniority levels - Build and execute
sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards — direct outreach,
networking, competitive mapping, and referral development - Conduct
thorough candidate screenings to evaluate fit across skills,
culture, and long-term potential - Manage candidates through the
full pipeline, ensuring a consistent and professional experience
from first contact through offer acceptance - Partner with hiring
managers and senior team members to align on role requirements,
market realities, and hiring timelines - Keep your ATS data clean,
current, and actionable - Represent BOAB Ventures professionally in
every candidate and client interaction What You Bring - U.S.
Citizenship required - 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting
experience, agency or corporate — agency experience is a strong
plus - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open reqs
simultaneously without dropping the ball - Strong written and
verbal communication; comfortable talking to candidates and
stakeholders alike - Self-starter mentality — you manage your own
desk, follow through without being chased, and flag problems early
- Familiarity with defense, tech, or cleared staffing is a plus,
but a willingness to learn that world is a must What's in It for
