Scrum Master (Junior/Senior)Location: DMV AreaRequired: US Citizen/Permanent ResidentPosition Description:The Scrum Master leads the Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams. This individual is responsible for ensuring that delivery and releases are within scope. The Scrum Master also oversees the ongoing development of the team and the continuous improvement of the development process, product quality, and the volume of work delivered. This role involves guiding and coaching the Scrum Team.Responsibilities:

• Lead the Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams.
• Ensure delivery and releases are within scope.
• Oversee the ongoing development of the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of the development process.
• Enhance product quality and increase the quantity of work delivered.
• Guide and coach the Scrum Team.Education:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.Experience:
  • Junior Scrum Master:
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Scrum Master certification is preferred.
    • Senior Scrum Master:
      • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
