Job Description:
ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project
Manager to lead key initiatives within mission-critical national
security programs. In this role, you will oversee projects that
encompass advanced technologies and solutions, ensuring compliance
with governmental regulations and meeting the strategic objectives
of the U.S. intelligence community, the Department of Defense, and
other federal agencies. Your expertise in project management will
help us continue to innovate and meet the rigorous demands of
national security. Join our team and contribute to projects that

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team
members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with
project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources
and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit
budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where
necessary. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using
appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in
order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong
familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies,
and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life
cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and
extremely resourceful Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification preferred. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar
agile project management certifications advantageous.
