Job Description:

transformation, is seeking a Senior Growth & Strategy Lead within
our Defense & Aerospace division. This strategic role focuses on
driving business growth through detailed market analysis, crafting
targeted strategies, and leading the development and execution of
new business initiatives. The candidate will leverage deep industry
insights and advanced analytics to propel our strategic objectives
within the fiercely competitive defense and aerospace sector
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape within the defense
and aerospace industry. Develop and refine growth strategies
aligned with the company's long-term goals. Lead cross-functional
teams to implement strategic projects and initiatives. Establish
key partnerships and relationships with industry stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the results of deployed growth strategies to
ensure effectiveness and adjust as necessary. Oversee the strategic
business planning process, including financial forecasting and risk
analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data
analysis tools Advanced knowledge of the defense and aerospace
market dynamics Leadership and cross-functional team management
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Experience with
digital transformation and IT service implementations in
large-scale environments 401k Certifications in Project Management
(such as PMP), Business Analysis, or Lean Six Sigma are
advantageous.
