Description:Job OverviewWe are looking for an Xceptional Sales
Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our mission to
make homeownership more accessible and affordable for all. An
Xceptional Sales Executive will thrive in our fast-paced,

established FinTech with decades of proven experience supporting
lenders and their borrowers to improve their credit score. As we
continue our pivot to direct sales, our sales team has been tasked
with ensuring that we are actively engaging enterprise level
prospects, proving CreditXpert's value to lenders, and closing
deals that drive net new business and revenue growth.Essential
Functions:In the Sales Executive role, you will:Close
Deals!Actively engage in the CreditXpert sales process to build
relationships with new customers - top lenders, independent
mortgage banks, etc. Quickly identify and engage decision makers
through strategic and proactive client engagement. Develop and
manage strategies to achieve the annual sales goals through sales
of net new businessIdentify and work with sales staff to develop
new markets and key accounts. Set new business goals and strategies
yearly.Set team and individual goals in coordination with sales,
marketing, product, and company objectives and key results.
Strategically utilize HubSpot (our CRM) to drive productivity,
report on and forecast deal pipelines, and analyze conversion
ratesSet strategy related to customer territory in coordination
with the VP Sales and Account Development Rep. Ultimately assign
customer list territories as the team grows. Set, measure, track
and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and Customer Territory. Report
trends, opportunities, and roadblocks to VP of Sales. Travel to and
work conferences and events.Travel to the Baltimore office as

experience Must be self-motivated with the ability to work
