Responsibilities:
As a RE/MAX Ace Realty Agent, you will:
--- Actively build and manage a personal database using our CRM (MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail)
--- Complete structured productivity benchmarks:
--- Add 100+ contacts in your first six months
--- Log 50+ client-related tasks or appointments
--- Attend and engage in ongoing education via in-person and virtual sessions
--- Deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers
--- Stay informed on local market trends and property values
--- Collaborate with a high-performing team environment

Qualifications:
We're looking for agents who are:
--- Currently licensed with at least 1 full year of real estate experience
--- Tech-comfortable and eager to adopt new platforms and tools
--- Coachable, consistent, and committed to professional growth
--- Friendly, self-motivated, and goal-driven
--- Open to structure and accountability
