Responsibilities: - Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met - A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base - Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity - Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently - Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Qualifications: - A valid Real Estate License is required for this job - Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly - Decisive and proactive in the sales process - Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken - A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale - Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills About Company Compass - Treasury Homes is a top Zillow Preferred team in the DMV area.
