The Global Commercial Franchise Team within the Oncology Business
Unit, has an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and passionate
Global Commercial Director, Breast Cancer (ADCs). In this pivotal
role, you will have the chance to shape brand vision and strategy
for a groundbreaking class of medicine, revolutionizing breast
cancer care globally. Your contributions will be integral to our
mission of transforming care for cancer patients worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Commercial Head, Breast Cancer (ADCs), this
role supports the development and leads the execution of global
strategic brand plans. It collaborates closely with country and
regional leads in the US, Europe, and Asia, as well as
cross-functional internal stakeholders. What Youll Do: Develop and
implement a comprehensive brand direction and strategy based on
detailed customer and market understanding, competitive evaluation,
and scenario mapping. Achieve financial targets and drive alignment
across regions and markets through close collaboration with
cross-functional partners and the Integrated Business Team (IBT).
Lead product strategy and promotional campaigns, including launch
and market shaping plans, to maximize value and competitive
positioning. Monitor competitive landscape, pricing, and market
access; adjust strategy to address threats and opportunities.
Optimize patient experience and ensure brand strategy supports
unmet needs and delivers business value. Produce comprehensive
commercial plans, forecasts, and presentations for leadership.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners; track
and manage associated budgets. Strengthen the franchise through
leadership of engagement initiatives, shared learnings, and
communications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a
relevant field, such as business or life sciences. 10 years of
experience in pharmaceutical development and commercialization
ideally within oncology. Consistent track record in pre-launch and
launch excellence within Commercial roles. Strong ability to
generate customer insights and apply them to build impactful brand
strategies. Proven ability to lead complex and ambiguous projects
with agility, autonomy and a strategic approach. Effective
analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with
proficiency in using insights to drive brand success. Excellent
collaboration and partner engagement skills, with the capacity to
work across scientific and commercial teams. Preferred
Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Sales or
customer-facing experience. Experience in both market and global
commercial organizations. Management experience leading diverse
teams. Strong business acumen and ethical standards, capable of
influencing stakeholders and driving performance. Experience in
breast cancer, companion diagnostics, and commercial alliances or
partnerships. This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus
(headquarters for the US Oncology and the global Oncology Business

base pay for this position ranges from $229,303.20 - 343,954.80
USD. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid
overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay
offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,
including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive
bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based
long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a
retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment
eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified
retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid
leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug,
dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of
participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an
