Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position seeks skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-8 students demonstrating severe behavioral challenges within an elementary school setting in Lancaster, PA. The role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and supporting multiple schools by providing targeted behavioral interventions amidst a diverse, challenging student population. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized behavior support plans to students with severe behaviors in grades K-8 Float between schools within the district to provide consistent behavioral services Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure fidelity of behavior intervention strategies Maintain clear documentation and data collection to monitor student progress Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with educators and staff Desired Qualifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Previous experience working in school settings preferred Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral strategies Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally Strong organizational and communication skills Position Details: Contract position through 4 June 2026, with work hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (up to 37.5 hours per week) Grant-funded role supporting a severe behaviors population in K-8 schools Assignment involves multiple schools within the district Immediate availability is preferred This opportunity offers valuable experience in a dynamic educational environment, contributing meaningful support to students with significant behavioral needs.
