Job Description Job Description The Mailroom Clerk provides
in-office mail support for the Corporate Office, along with other
corporate departments as needed. This is a Part-time, 20- 25
hours/week position and the schedule is Monday-Friday
8:30am-1:00pm. This position will require the candidate to drive to
pick up mail from the lockbox and a valid MD Driver's License.
Responsibilities Open, document, sort, scan, and email mail that is
received at corporate office to appropriate departments. Log, email
depts and forward paper checks received by mail to the Bank Lock
Box for deposit. Coordinate meetings with Depts. On a as, needed
basis (Mail Updates) Mail Pick up from the Corporate office
locations Coordinate Outgoing mail – Baby Bundle Qualifications One
years of office administration experience is required. High School
Diploma or equivalent is required. Some higher education is a plus.
Experience Microsoft Great Plains, Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe is
preferred. Detail oriented and organization skills. Able to work
accurately and efficiently with and without supervision. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
